Notice for Practitioners in AL, AZ, CA, CT, KS, MO, NH, & TN

Alabama: Requires a minimum of 12 CE hours as traditional & allows up to 12 CE hours as non-traditional for a total of 24 hours. Traditional hours for Alabama licensees are our Real-Time Live Broadcasts. You may obtain your 12 non-traditional CE hours by using our Recorded Live Credit or Self-Directed (available 24/7) courses. Your certificate for a Recorded Live Credit course reads Live because the course was approved by the AARC as a live course. However, when reporting your courses to CE Broker, Recorded Live Credit courses are listed as Anytime instead of Live courses because that is how Alabama views these courses.

Arizona: Requires a minimum of 5 CE hours as traditional & allows up to 15 CE hours as non-traditional for a total of 20 hours. Traditional hours for Arizona licensees are our Real-Time Live Broadcasts. You may obtain your 15 non-traditional CE hours by using our Recorded Live Credit or Self-Directed (available 24/7) courses.

California: For all renewals up to November 30, 2025 you need to complete 15 hours of continuing education. You may take any of our online courses to meet this requirement. For all renewals beginning December 31, 2025 you must complete 15 hours of our Real-Time Live Broadcast Courses, plus 15 hours of any combination of our Recorded Live Credit or Self-Directed Courses.

Connecticut: Requires a minimum 10 CE hours, with a minimum of at least 5 CE hours of real-time education with opportunities for live interaction, including, but not limited to, in-person conferences or real-time webinars. Our Real-Time Live Broadcasts meet this criteria. You may obtain your 5 remaining CE hours by using our Recorded Live Credit or Self-Directed (available 24/7) courses.

Kansas: Requires a minimum of 6 CE hours as traditional & allow up to 6 CE hours as non-traditional for a total of 12 hours. Traditional hours for Kansas licensees are our Real-Time Live Broadcasts. You may obtain your 6 non-traditional CE hours by using our Recorded Live Credit or Self-Directed (available 24/7) courses. Your certificate for a Recorded Live Credit course reads Live because the course was approved by the AARC as a live course. However, when reporting your courses to CE Broker, Recorded Live Credit courses are listed as Anytime instead of Live courses because that is how Kansas views these courses.

Missouri: Requires a minimum of 12 CE hours as traditional & allows up to 12 CE hours as non-traditional for a total of 24 hours. Traditional hours for Missouri licensees are our Real-Time Live Broadcasts. You may obtain your 12 non-traditional CE hours by using our Self-Directed (available 24/7) courses. Missouri will not accept our Recorded Live Credit courses.

New Hampshire: As of May 22, 2023 requires a total of 12 CE hours & that continuing education from our website may only be obtained from "live programming" - our Real-Time Live Broadcasts qualify as live programming. You may not use any CE obtained using our Recorded Live Credit or Self-Directed (available 24/7) courses for credit in New Hampshire. If you take a Recorded Live Credit course, which is not accepted by New Hampshire, be aware your certificate for a Recorded Live Credit course reads Live because the course was approved by the AARC as a live course. However, when reporting your courses to CE Broker, Recorded Live Credit courses are listed as Anytime instead of Live courses because that is how New Hampshire views these courses.

Tennessee: Requires a minimum of 5 CE hours obtained live, real time, with interactive opportunity & allows up to 7 CE hours as non-traditional for a total of 12 hours. Tennessee will accept our Real-Time Live Broadcasts for your live CE. You may obtain all of your 7 non-traditional CE hours by using our Recorded Live Credit or Self-Directed (available 24/7) courses. Your certificate for a Recorded Live Credit course reads Live because the course was approved by the AARC as a live course. However, when reporting your courses to CE Broker, Recorded Live Credit courses are listed as Anytime instead of Live courses because that is how Tennessee views these courses.
